Please Note : Phone or email inquiries are answered Monday through Friday. No inquiries will be answered Saturday, Sunday or national Holidays.

Please be aware that you may receive separate packages on different days. Do not be alarmed if your order is not complete in one box!

Mailing times vary based on seasonality and ordering process. We are shipping web orders as fast as possible, as you know our business is undergoing a surge of interest due to the political climate. Rest assured we are shipping as fast as possible and greatly appreciate your business.

Important Shipping Issues

All UPS/FED EX deliveries must have a physical “Ship To” address. We cannot process orders that require shipping to PO Box destinations.

Damaged Shipments

Be sure to check all merchandise carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If your package appears damaged in any way, contact the shipping company within 48 hours of receipt and request a Damage Inspection Report.

 

Damaged Merchandise : If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 24 hours of getting your item. If you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Monday.
